心情不好时,总喜欢出去跑跑。
呼吸新鲜空气。
看看美丽的星辰。
把烦恼往后抛。
迈开脚步往前跑。
猪脚仍出去透透气。
没有特别的不开心。
就是有点闷。
跑完后,心情也好些了。
